Francesco Albani created this painting, depicting the Holy Trinity with Musician Angels. To simplify, first we will have to understand that the painting is divided by a bed of cloud. Above those clouds, in sky God the father, Christ the son and the Virgin Mary are visible. Jesus Christ is seen holding the wooden cross sitting on the left of God. Together these three figures establish a divine depiction. Mary, the queen of heaven is adorned in colourful fabrics. Below these clouds are the celestial choir, these angels are positioned in harmony and playing historical instruments like lutes, harp and tambourine in heavenly joy. The strategic interplay of warm light casting over the clouds unifies the earthly (angels) and the divine (Trinity) in a single upward motion Influenced by his early Bolognese training and experience, Albani has intricately used luminous and neutral colour palette. There is no such extravagant appearance of the Divine figures, they are shown quite similar to the angels in the lower section, considering the garments and the facial portrayal.
