In total, the painting captures not only the impact of the occasion, but also the manner in which the occupants of the occasion experienced the royal occasion. The painting conveys how a truly important occasion is not upper-class only but rather represents the coming together of all individuals and aspects of their lives through the ruler during an occasion for joy in this manner.
