Aurangzeb Hunts Nilgais is a Mughal painting attributed to Hashim. In the painting, the emperor Awrangzib (r. 1658 - 1707) can be seen hunting nilgais (the largest antelope species found in Asia). Both the emperor and his subjects in the painting are wearing green-coloured attire, making them visually blend into their surroundings. However, the emperor is depicted with patterned clothing and a halo, causing him to stand out more than the other people in the painting. The painting is currently in the Chester Beatty Library in Dublin, Ireland.
